About the project
I conducted a marketing audit of the Union’s strategy, systems and processes and developed an evaluation report to improve the Marketing Department’s productivity and effectiveness. Following this I facilitated the Marketing Department’s away day to inform their future strategy and direction. I also delivered bespoke training on social media communication, how to work effectively with the press/ media and focus group facilitation.
Hannah came in and it was clear from her proposal that she had fully understood the internal challenges that we faced and the direction in which we needed help to make changes within the department. The team were motivated and engaged with Hannah, together looking into all aspects of the department – the result being changed working practices to meet the brief initially given to Hannah. All our staff members now have a clear vision and focus on what the organisation needs from the team and are committed to delivering it. I would not hesitate to use Hannah’s services again in the future
