I worked for the University’s Corporate Communications Department during 2019/ 20 leading on student communications through industrial action. This involved chairing the Communications Working Group and advising senior leaders on messaging lines and positioning. I developed a framework to guide all communications throughout the action and worked with staff to support their communications needs.
