Pilgrims Hospices were launching a new support programme for patients and their familes to guide them concerning end of life care.
My Approach
I worked with this end-of-life charity to create a brand identity and strategy for their new support programme. This involved engaging with different stakeholders to understand their experiences of supporting patients and their families during end-of-life care. I collaborated with a design agency to create a brand identity for the intervention, including training materials and assets across different channels.
