The Brief
To conduct a thorough review of the marketing and communications function of NTSU, making recommendations to improve productivity and effectiveness for all areas of the business.
My Approach
I engaged with the staff and trustees at NTSU to understand their views and experiences of marketing across the organisation. I held small discussion groups and depth interviews to investigate how the department was operating and how well it was supporting the individual service areas and wider NTSU strategy.
The outcome of the project was a report detailing both strategic and operational recommendations. This included recommendations for the senior team to implement, as well as changes that could be made at a local level to improve marketing and communications outputs.
