About the project
I worked with Kent Union's Board of Trustees and staff to help create the charity's new three-year plan. I carried out extensive quantitative and qualitative research to gain insight into student perceotions and behaviours. Once the research concluded, I worked with the trustees to shape the new plan and set future goals for the organisation.
