About the project
I worked with staff and officers from Kent and Greenwich universities to help inform the GK Unions strategy for Medway. The project involved depth interviews with stakeholders, facilitated workshops with the Board and student research. I delivered focus group facilitation training allowing staff to conduct their own discussion groups. My report helped inform creation of the new strategic plan as well as a rebrand for the organisation.
