About the project
I worked with Christ Church Students' Union in 2019 to help develop the charity’s new strategic plan. I consulted with Union staff, the Board of Trustees, students and key stakeholders to understand their needs and experiences. I used quantitative and qualitative methods to gain insight and help set objectives for the next three years.
