Managing a complex health improvement initiative to reduce deaths from heart failure by 25% in the next 25 years
25in25 is an innovative quality improvement initiative led by the British Society of Heart Failure. I've held a complex project management role including:
- Coordinating the activity of the seven pilot sites
- Working with the BSH Board of Trustees to refine 25in25 strategy
- Managing the 60 strong stakeholder network made up of healthcare organisations and charities operating in the HF space
- Developing materials to support BSH trustee conversations with MPs to lobby for change
- Writing the BSH's response to the NHS 100 Year Plan consultation.
