The Brief

To carry out a communications review for Bath Spa University's Applicant Marketing Department and make recommendations for the future recruitment strategy. 

My Approach

I conducted an audit of Bath Spa's communication strategy looking across all channels and how effective they are in the student recruitment cycle

Following my review project, Bath Spa requested interim support in the Applicant Marketing team and assistance in developing a new marketing recruitment strategy. I worked with the Recruitment and Applicant Marketing teams for six months, creating a new institutional wide timeline and marketing phases to correspond with the recruitment cycle. I also provided communications support to the team, writing content and helping shape the email schedule to drive recruitment targets.
